On March 1, 2010, a group of Japanese 2chan and Korean website NAVER's 'Terror Action Association' which was made up DC Inside, Todayhumor netizens engaged in a cyberwar. The day was South Korea's March 1st Movement Anniversary, and the 100th anniversary of the Japan–Korea Treaty of 1910.

About a Korean international student was killed in Russia in the winter of 2009, (2chan) made online comments such as "Dog died, Why did the news show it up?" or "Kill more!".
